Passman-Ercolino Architects, P.C., Ocean, New Jersey, is a full service architectural firm that specializes in custom residential and commercial projects. Their innovative firm will design new construction, additions to existing structures, alterations, and / or adaptive re-use structures. Passman-Ercolino Architects caters to those who desire individual attention to their projects. Their goal is to create unique, functional designs that meet their clients’ budget and aesthetic expectations.

The professional corporation, founded in 1998, has two principal partners, Donald J. Passman and Anthony J. Ercolino. Both are active members of the Jersey Shore Section of the American Institute of Architects, the New Jersey Shore Builders Association, and The Greater Ocean Township Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Passman earned his Masters in Architecture from the University of Michigan’s School of Architecture and Urban Planning in 1978. He has experience working for architectural firms in the Washington, D.C. area and throughout New Jersey. Mr. Passman was the 1998 President of AIA Jersey Shore, after serving as Secretary and Treasurer. He began his private practice in 1988, working on similar projects as he does currently. Mr. Passman is a fully licensed architect in the states of New Jersey, New York, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.

Mr. Ercolino earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Pratt Institute’s School of Architecture in 1987. He has worked in New Jersey practicing both as a project architect for a Red Bank architectural firm, and on his own designing residential and commercial projects. He has served as the Treasurer and Vice President of AIA Jersey Shore, and has served as the co-chair of the annual Drafting Competition for high school students in Monmouth and Ocean Counties since 1995. He is fully licensed in the state of New Jersey as an architect, an interior designer, and as a Building Inspector RCS.

In 1998, Passman and Ercolino teamed up to form their current practice as a professional corporation with the ability to work on any size projects, from porch additions to multi-unit condominiums. Along with a dedicated staff they have worked on the widest array of projects, all with the effort to satisfy the architectural needs of their clients.
